All chiropractic services we offer are designed to help you achieve your personal goal and be able to use your body to its full potential.
Chiropractic adjustments are the main service we offer.
You can book a first visit or adjustment through our contact form or directly on WhatsApp or phone.

Step 1:
First appointment
Our first visit consists of:
- Interview with Dr. Mattia, Dr. Jasper or Dr. Alizee
- A digital postural analysis, neuromuscular testing
- A chiropractic analysis
- First chiropractic adjustment
- Delivery of the report with the findings
- Creating a personalized care plan
This appointment is private and takes place in a separate room from the normal group adjustment room.
Step 2:
second visit
The second visit is booked within 5 days of the first. This appointment will be more like a regular adjustment, we check how your body has responded and adjust you again.
This appointment is in the normal adjustment room, where other patients will also be adjusted at the same time. If you prefer a private adjustment, please request it at reception.
Duration – 30 minutes
Step 3:
Follow the care plan
On your first visit you will receive a personalized care plan recommended by one of our chiropractors. It will adapt to you, helping you reach or get closer to your personal goal. It may include additional recommendations beyond regular adjustments, such as exercise, nutrition or supplements, for which you will be given all the information.
Regular adjustments are a tool you can use to help improve your health, along with proper nutrition, movement and good sleep. We will continue to encourage you to improve/maintain these healthy habits throughout your treatment.
Duration – 30 minutes each visit
Step 4:
Audit
We do a 1-hour review once you have completed the first phase of your care plan to evaluate your progress and adjust your plan as necessary. There will also be some adjustments, recommendations added along as your body adjusts to the regular adjustments.
Duration – 60 minutes
